About the Founder

Bonnie Ausfeld, M.A., President and Owner of Beacon Resources is the Founder/President of Business Referrals Networking Group (BRNG).

Beacon Resources is a company that provides “Guiding Tools for Success,” in business, careers and education. Bonnie is a professional career consultant, who teaches time management skills, effective networking techniques, is a professional resume writer, and guides students and families on the college search and application process.

Bonnie has worked with profit and nonprofit organizations, and has won numerous awards and held leadership positions throughout the Capital Region. She has appeared as a featured guest on the television show, Business Matters on WRGB, WMHT's The Bottom Line, the radio show, Managing Your Wealth on WGY, the Schenectady Today Show.
